Who Are We?
We believe that harnessing the power of human psychology is the key to your success. Embrace Performance was founded to work with frustrated athletes and coaches who want to conquer the mental barriers holding them back.
Natalie's ultimate goal is to help you to thrive. To do, and feel, better. As a national-level track and field athlete, Natalie became fascinated by the psychology of high performance. Driven by this, Natalie completed a degree in Psychology (1st Class Hons), a Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and is now a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training with the British Psychological Society*.
Fuelled by her passion for helping others to reach their full potential, Natalie will help you to achieve sporting success whilst balancing your wellbeing and mental health. Every client is individual and Natalie takes the time to understand the specific challenges you are facing. Through each partnership, Natalie will develop bespoke, evidence based solutions to guide you forwards.
Natalie has experience working with athletes of all ages and levels, teams, coaches, clubs and academies.
*All work is governed by the BPS Code of Ethical Conduct. Natalie also holds an enhanced DBS check.
